Formulated with a cationic silicone emulsion + a conditioning polymer, which condition and form a protective-repairing film on the hair. More foaming power for better application.

MODE OF USE

Once the permanent is developed, rinse the hair with plenty of water and dry with a towel.
Impregnate the bigudís with the neutralizing liquid.
Leave on for 5 minutes.
Unroll the bigudís and re-impregnate the locks of hair with the rest of the neutralizer.
After 5 minutes, rinse with plenty of water
